Find Your True North

How We Work

Combining energy healing and creative expression with aerobic and restorative movement,

The Holistic Method is a body practice of mental, emotional, and physical transformation and well-being.

All of our work together begins with…

The Four Inquiries

~ What am I experiencing?

~ What am I grateful for?

~ What am I ready to release?

~ What am I allowing/inviting in?

The Holistic Method

The way we feel and the quality of our thoughts have a direct impact on our physical bodies. Not taking care of our physical, mental, and emotional bodies has detrimental effects on every aspect of our lives.

The Holistic Method looks at the individual as a whole composed of interconnected systems, all working together to create you! Balancing these systems manifests a wealth of emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

We give you the tools to understand, listen to, and care for the holistic workings of your body, mind, and heart. Once you begin to experience this interconnectedness, you are well on the way to discovering the healer within.

“Each of us has pain in our past. We all carry the weight of fear, wounds, and scars. From one perspective, this collective pain unites us and can bring us closer together.

Medicine takes many forms: a walk in nature, an honest conversation. Sometimes, we need a good laugh, cry, or scream!

It is okay not to know the answers. The first step is to not take ourselves so seriously! Give yourself permission to get messy! That is where the magic happens.”
